Facility introduction

This center aims to be a hub of exchange, for all of our visitors, through various cultural, art, hands-on learning,
and international exchange activities while taking advantage of our rich natural environment: close to the sea and surrounded by a pine forest.
This type of facilities complex is unique to Niigata City, and cannot be found anywhere else in Japan.
